The Application Process

This program is designed for selfless blockchain enthusiasts with a genuine passion for building, helping others and serving the community. Applicants motivated primarily by networking opportunities or perks may not find this program to be the right fit.
Preparing for the Interview
Once you submit your application, our team will review your information and supplementary materials. If selected, you will be invited to a video call or chat interview with a program manager.
What to Expect:
- First Interview: An initial conversation with a program manager to discuss your application and motivations.
- Second Interview (if applicable): A follow-up discussion with a senior TRON CORE Ambassador.
During the interview process, be prepared to:
- Provide additional details about your application.
- Answer questions about your passion for blockchain and community engagement.
- Ask clarifying questions to ensure you fully understand the role.
Candidates who pass the application and interview stages will join the TRON CORE program. For those who don’t make it through, there will be opportunities to apply again in the future.
Ambassador Responsibilities
TRON CORE Ambassadors take on key responsibilities within the community:
- Community Building: Organize, participate in, and help coordinate events, forums, and discussions to foster a vibrant and inclusive TRON community. Engage and collaborate with a global network of blockchain enthusiasts. Actively engage with TRON’s social media posts to amplify visibility and drive awareness.
- Education and Advocacy: Promote TRON’s initiatives, including HackaTRON and various ecosystem projects, to encourage broader participation and innovation.
- Support and Guidance: Assist newcomers in navigating the TRON ecosystem by providing resources and support to enhance their experience.
- Content Creation: Deliver content consistently, including:
- Posting once a week about TRON.
- Branding their social pages specifically for TRON.
- Producing videos, blogs, and other unique content.
- Providing feedback to help guide ecosystem development.
